How to make cashback track (tips)
- Start every purchase from the cashback site, app or browser extension, and complete it in the same browser session.
- Accept the retailer’s cookies (or at least marketing/affiliate cookies) — blocking them is a common reason purchases don’t track.
- Turn off ad blockers and coupon/voucher extensions while you buy; some overwrite the cashback link.
- Only use voucher codes listed on the cashback site itself; codes from other sites can void cashback.
- Don’t switch to the retailer’s app mid-purchase unless the cashback site says the app is supported.
- Keep your order confirmation email and note the date — you’ll need them for a missing-cashback claim.
- Check the site’s claim window and file a missing-cashback claim promptly if nothing appears.
- Remember the bonus is paid only after cashback is confirmed, which can take weeks after the retailer’s returns period.
