We don’t set any cookies ourselves. Cookies on this site come from two third parties: Google AdSense (advertising, see below) and the newsletter form (spam protection, see below). Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It is cookieless: it doesn’t set cookies, doesn’t use local storage, and doesn’t fingerprint or track you across sites. It only gives us aggregated figures such as page views, referrers, country and page load speed.

We use Google AdSense to show ads, which helps keep the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads and measure them, including personalised ads based on your visits to this and other sites. For visitors in the UK (and EEA/Switzerland), consent is collected through Google’s consent message (a Google-certified consent management platform) before any non-essential advertising cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We don’t use this data to identify you.

If you subscribe, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider Beehiiv so we can send the monthly recap. The legal basis is your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. The embedded Beehiiv form may set a cookie to protect against spam sign-ups; this is strictly necessary for the form to work. See Beehiiv’s privacy policy for how they handle data.

When you submit an earnings report, the form is processed by Formspree and delivered to our inbox. Reports contain the site, minutes spent, amount earned and month, plus anything you choose to write; we don’t ask for your name or email. Formspree also processes technical data such as your IP address for spam protection. We publish reports only as per-site totals. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in publishing accurate payout data.

If you email hello@honestpayouts.co.uk, we use your message and address only to reply, and delete correspondence when it’s no longer needed.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@honestpayouts.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
